This policy describes how TU12 LLC, doing business as Landwrit ("we," "us"), handles information in connection with landwrit.com and Landwrit's underwriting services.
1. What we collect
- Contact information — your name and email address, when you write to us, purchase a product, or join our email list.
- Deal documents — the files and figures you email us for an engagement (rent rolls, financial statements, term sheets, LOIs, and similar). These may contain business financial information; send only what the engagement needs.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we receive confirmation of payment and your receipt email address.
- Site usage — landwrit.com uses Vercel Analytics, a cookieless, aggregate analytics service. We set no advertising or tracking cookies and run no third-party ad or tracking scripts.
2. How we use it
We use your information solely to deliver the service: producing your files, corresponding about your engagement, processing payment, maintaining our report registry (report IDs, timestamps, and engagement records), and sending emails you've asked for. We do not use your deal documents for anything other than your engagement.
3. Processors we rely on
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Brevo — email list and form handling, where you have opted in.
- Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
- Namecheap Private Email — our email service, which carries engagement correspondence and your submitted documents.
Each processor handles data under its own privacy terms; we share with them only what their function requires.
4. What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your deal documents with anyone outside the engagement. We do not run advertising trackers.
5. Retention
Engagement documents and delivered files are retained for three (3) years from delivery, then deleted in the ordinary course. Contact and registry records are kept as long as needed for recordkeeping and legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion of your documents once your engagement is complete by emailing hello@landwrit.com.
6. Your choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email hello@landwrit.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
